While we endeavour to make the product descriptions and other information on our website clear and accurate, we cannot guarantee that content within this site is error-free.
Product images displayed on this site are provided as a guide only. Some products have been photographed in closeup so that details are clearly visible, but note that this may make beads may appear larger. Unavailable Products
Although we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate, at times a product that you ordered may be unavailable. If you have already paid for such an item, we will give you the option of a refund of the cost of the unavailable item or issue a store credit for future purchases from Elleny Enterprises. We will also suggest a substitute product if one is available.
Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit
Elleny Enterprises accepts no responsibility for unregistered or uninsured goods once they have been posted. If your goods were sent by Express Post we will provide you with the tracking number, but it is up to you to pursue the matter with Australia Post. If your shipment was sent by registered mail and it does not arrive, we will lodge a complaint with Australia Post on your behalf.
If your items were sent by registered mail and have been damaged in transit, it is vital that you keep the damaged packaging that they arrived in and contact Elleny Enterprises immediately. Postal insurance is only valid if all the packaging is kept for inspection - without this evidence there is no proof that your parcel was damaged in transit. Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Title of the Goods
Ownership of goods sold by Elleny Enterprises shall not pass to the customer until Elleny Enterprises has received payment for the specified goods in full.
Discounts and Promotions
Bulk discounts apply to single orders only.
From time to time, we may offer promotions. Elleny Enterprises reserve the right to alter any discount or promotional offer at any time without notice.
Taxes and Duties
GST of 10% is applied to all orders from within Australia.
